McCabe Weisberg & Conway is seeking a driven legal recruiter to own the full-cycle process for a high-volume, multi-office law firm. You will partner with managing attorneys to identify talent, source candidates via multiple channels, screen for technical and cultural fit, coordinate interviews, and oversee offers and onboarding, while maintaining clean ATS data and meeting hiring timelines. The role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple requisitions.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a corporate or agency setting.
• High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency with modern ATS platforms (JazzHR, Lever) and sourcing tools.

Responsabilidades

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Partner with Managing Attorneys to identify talent for roles.
• Sourcing & Outreach: Build robust pipelines via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, events.
• Screening & Assessment: Conduct phone/video screens to assess technical skills, communication, culture fit.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews and gather candidate feedback for decisions.
• Offer & Onboarding: Manage offers and coordinate onboarding with HR.
• Data & Metrics: Maintain candidate tracking and ATS data accuracy.
