McCabe Weisberg & Conway in Delaware is seeking a full-time legal recruiter to own the full-cycle recruitment process for the firm. You will partner with managing attorneys to identify talent, source candidates, screen and coordinate interviews, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience while maintaining ATS data and metrics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a corporate or agency setting.
• High School diploma required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency with modern ATS platforms (e.g., JazzHR, Lever, and LinkedIn) and sourcing tools.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions.

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Partner with Managing Attorneys to help identify talent to fill roles.
• Sourcing & Outreach: Build robust talent pipelines using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, and networking events.
• Screening & Assessment: Conduct phone/video screens to evaluate technical skills, communication abilities, and cultural alignment.
• Interview Coordination: Partner with coordinators to schedule interviews, gather structured feedback, and guide hiring decisions.
• Offer & Onboarding: Manage offer negotiations, extend formal proposals, and coordinate smooth transitions with HR and onboarding teams.
• Data & Metrics: Maintain clean, up-to-date candidate tracking and metrics inside our ATS.
