Job summary

McCabe, Weisberg & Conway, LLC is seeking a full-time legal recruiter to own the complete recruitment process. You will collaborate with Managing Attorneys to identify staffing needs, source candidates, and deliver a smooth candidate experience from outreach to onboarding.

The role requires 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and proficiency with ATS platforms. Compensation is based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a corporate or agency setting.
• High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency with modern ATS platforms and sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Partner with Managing Attorneys to fill roles.
• Sourcing & Outreach: Build robust talent pipelines using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and networking events.
• Screening & Assessment: Conduct phone/video screens to evaluate skills, communication, and culture fit.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, gather feedback, and guide hiring decisions.
• Offer & Onboarding: Manage negotiations, proposals, and onboarding coordination with HR.
• Data & Metrics: Maintain candidate tracking and metrics in the ATS.
