Job summary
JSI Cabinetry is seeking an experienced Freight & Transportation Manager to oversee transportation across our network of five distribution centers. You will develop cost-effective strategies, optimize the freight network, and maintain strong carrier partnerships to ensure exceptional service for our customers and internal facilities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field required or preferred.
- 5+ years in transportation, freight management, or logistics leadership.
- Strong knowledge of LTL, FTL, Intermodal, Drayage, and TMS.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all domestic transportation across five distribution centers.
- Develop strategies to reduce freight costs while improving service levels.
- Manage inbound, outbound, and inter-facility transfers.
- Maintain relationships with LTL/truckload/dedicated carrier providers and brokers.
- Lead carrier negotiations, rate agreements, and annual bids.
- Analyze spend, trends, and performance to identify savings opportunities.
- Develop KPIs: cost, on-time delivery, claims, damage, service, and carrier scores.
