Job summary

Delmar International Inc. is seeking a Pricing Analyst in Chicago to assist the national pricing team in developing and facilitating pricing strategy.

You will support client inquiries by preparing RFPs and RFQs, and collaborate with agents, carriers, and product leaders to gather data for detailed pricing analysis. The role requires 3+ years in freight forwarding, with asset adds like data analytics and experience in Carrier negotiations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding.
• Data Analytic Experience (an asset).
• Air, Ocean and Ground International Freight Forwarding operations experience from A-Z.
• Proven experience in dealing with carriers and the negotiation process.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing and facilitating strategy set forth by the national pricing team.
• Support client prospect inquiries by preparing requests for proposals (RFPs) and requests for quotations (RFQs).
• Work directly with agents, carriers, and product leaders to gather necessary information to provide detailed analysis to ensure optimal pricing.
