Job summary

STG Logistics in Illinois is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to construct RFQs, maintain billing rules, and provide customer service for shipments and shipment accuracy. You will read customer contracts and tariff documents to apply rate priorities, interpret bills of lading, and collaborate with customers and internal operations to resolve issues.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 3+ years in logistics, and strong Excel skills to optimize pricing and reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in logistics, transportation, or similar work.
• Experience with licensed or proprietary software.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• 3+ years using Excel formulas (sum, v-lookup, sumifs, index and match).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manually construct RFQs, accessorial rules and tariffs using customer contracts and bid documents.
• Read customer rule sets and contracts to apply priority of rates accurately.
• Read and understand customer contracts, bill of lading and billing descriptions regarding accessorial charges and other relevant rating information.
• Collaborate with customers and internal operations to resolve issues.
• Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
