Job summary

Loadsmart, a Chicago-based logistics technology company with a globally distributed remote team, is seeking an Associate Pricing Analyst. You will process contract requests, build analysis files, track pricing feedback, and support the RFP process across Sales, Account Management, Carrier Sales, Pricing Strategy, and Product.

You’ll manage RFP pipelines, assist with bulk pricing, and coordinate with account managers to ensure timely bids and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a fast-paced, results-driven role.
• Experience with process or bid management.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and collaborative teamwork.
• Proficient in verbal and written English.
• Logistics/transportation background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and support sales and operations with RFP/bid management.
• Update and track progress on initiatives across internal systems.
• Coordinate with sales for questions to raise with customers.
• Run point on final bid submissions to third-party portals with Account Manager.
• Manage daily RFP pipeline from pre-bid to internal review.
• Assist with customer mini-bids with Account Managers when requested.
• Assist in bulk spot pricing requests and other contract analyses.
