Job summary

Fervo Energy is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to own the pricing intelligence behind freight and transportation decisions across air, ocean, and domestic channels in the USA.

You will run RFQs and tenders, negotiate rates with carriers, and maintain accurate shipment records, non-conformances, and internal trackers while collaborating with Procurement, Engineering, and Site teams daily.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years in logistics, freight pricing, or supply chain.
• Experience running RFQ/tender processes and negotiating rates.
• Familiarity with Incoterms and pricing data management.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Run RFQ and tender processes for freight and transportation services across truckload, flatbed, ocean, and air modes, domestic and international.
• Solicit quotes, negotiate rates, and apply Incoterms across air, ocean, and domestic transport.
• Build rate comparison sheets and landed-cost analyses to support carrier selection and PO awards; track spend and reconcile invoices.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Engineering, and Site teams to gather shipment specifics.
• Maintain shipment, PO, Non Conformance, pricing records and internal trackers; log and escalate non-conformances.
