Job summary

Fervo Energy is seeking a Logistics Coordinator who will own pricing intelligence for freight and transportation decisions, running RFQs, negotiating carrier rates, and ensuring data integrity across shipment pricing.

The role collaborates with Procurement, Engineering, and Site teams to align carriers, routes, and import processes for recurring project cadence. Candidates should have 3–5 years in logistics and strong Excel with familiarity in AI-enabled pricing workflows.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years in logistics, freight pricing, transportation, or supply chain; energy/oil & gas experience preferred.
• Experience running RFQ/tender processes and negotiating rates directly with carriers.
• Strong Incoterms knowledge across air, ocean, and domestic transport.
• Advanced Excel and data accuracy focus.
• Excellent communication across internal teams and external vendors.
• Familiarity with AI tools applied to pricing, data entry, and reporting workflows.

Responsibilities

• Run RFQ and tender processes for freight and transportation services across multiple modes.
• Solicit quotes, negotiate rates and terms with carriers.
• Apply Incoterms to evaluate quotes and cost/risk allocation.
• Build landed-cost analyses and track spend against quotes.
• Maintain accurate shipment, pricing, and conformance records.
