Qualifications

• GED is required.
• Experience in freight brokerage/3PL is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Self-starter and highly motivated.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate rates with carriers to maximize profitability and efficiency.
• Schedule and coordinate shipments.
• Use software tools to find carrier equipment.
• Track and trace shipments and address issues during transit.
• Communicate service issues with the Account Manager.
• Pursue new business opportunities and source carriers.
• Conduct market research for quotes and spot market opportunities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
