Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM, logistics, or related field.
• 10+ years in transportation/logistics leadership.
• Proven ability to scale operations and reduce costs in freight environments.
• Expertise in TMS optimization and load consolidation.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all freight brokerage operations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of logistics staff to meet targets.
• Build and maintain carrier and customer relationships with competitive rates.
• Optimize load planning, routing, and carrier procurement using TMS and data-driven strategies.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, FMCSA, and internal safety standards.
• Analyze KPIs to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and customer service to align goals.
