Flock Freight is seeking a results-driven Account Manager to support our growing customer base and service day-to-day needs.

You will collaborate with Account Executives, conduct weekly touchpoints with key decision-makers, and help maximize profitability through strategic freight quoting and proactive issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years in freight/logistics.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Executives and service day-to-day customer needs.
• Engage key decision-makers weekly to identify expansion opportunities.
• Quote and manage freight, optimizing profitability and billing.
• Host quarterly business reviews with clients.
• Own daily freight operations from quote to invoice.
• Manage load board, coverage, escalations, and timely issue resolution.
• Ensure accurate billing and payments, including surcharges and accessorials.
