Job summary

Chick-fil-A Frisco Lakes & Chick-fil-A Windsong & 380 is seeking a seasoned Business & Relationship Lead to serve as the primary relationship owner between Chick-fil-A, Inc. and Operators.

You will advise, connect, and respond to growth opportunities across a portfolio of 25–35 Operators and 35–50 restaurants with approximately $175M in sales. The role requires 8–10 years of experience, strong coaching and cross-functional collaboration skills, and the ability to travel up to 50%.

• Serve as a Strategic Business Coach and connect Operators to resources.
• Translate Area vision into tactical Area strategy and actionable plans.
• Lead inter-team projects with restaurant/Area/Region implications.
• Collaborate to promote market collaboration and sharing of best practices.
• Represent the voice of the Operator and Chick-fil-A, Inc. effectively.
• Act as the lead point of contact for emergency business issues.
• Ensure quality experiences and safe operations.
