ICONIQ is seeking an Analyst to join our Corporate Finance team, focusing on the systems, data, and analytical infrastructure that support our planning and analysis capabilities. You will help expand our enterprise planning platform and data flows, enabling forecasting, budgeting, and strategic reporting.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in FP&A or analytics, strong SQL, Excel skills, and familiarity with data planning tools, with a collaborative, cross-functional mindset and a willingness to

Qualifications

• 2+ years in financial planning and analysis or analytics roles.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to translate data into insights.
• Proficient SQL and handling large datasets.
• Advanced Excel skills for modeling and reporting.
• Experience with BI systems such as Pigment, Adaptive Planning or Snowflake is a plus.
• Ability to learn new platforms quickly and communicate clearly with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support and enhance the enterprise planning platform with model development and data management.
• Build financial reporting, dashboards, and analyses for key business metrics.
• Manage time tracking, allocations, and data flows across systems.
• Develop data flows from source systems to data warehouse and planning platform.
• Support monthly/quarterly reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve data quality.
• Explore AI and emerging tech to improve reporting and workflows.
• Collaborate with Investment Management, Human Capital, Operations, Technology, and Accounting.
