Job summary

Qnity is seeking an FP&A professional to support day-to-day financial planning and analysis as part of the Corporate FP&A team. You will partner with business units and functions, turning raw data into clear, actionable insights for leadership and partners.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in FP&A or corporate finance, with strong modeling, Excel, and ERP/BI tools such as SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, OneStream, Hyperion, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required; advanced degree a plus; CPA/CFA a plus.
• 6+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience with budgeting, forecasting, reporting and variance analysis.
• Strong modeling and analytical skills; advanced Excel; working knowledge of ERP and planning software (SAP/Oracle/Anaplan/OneStream/Hyperion); BI/Power BI familiarity.
• Solid business acumen — able to analyze details and translate into actionable insights.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to explain financial concepts to non-finance partners and present findings to leadership.
• Self-motivated, organized, dependable; eager to own recurring deliverables and grow in FP&A.

Responsibilities

• Financial Modeling & Analysis: maintain/update models, run scenario and sensitivity analyses, support capital allocation decisions.
• Management Reporting & Variance Analysis: prepare dashboards and reports, investigate variances to budget/forecast.
• Process & Data Support: streamline FP&A workflows, ensure data integrity, promote adoption of automation and BI tools.
• Team Collaboration: work on cross‑functional projects, share knowledge, support leadership with data-driven insights.
