Job summary

ICONIQ seeks an Analyst to join the Corporate Finance team in New York, focusing on our planning platform, data infrastructure, and analytics tooling. You’ll help forecast, budget, and report, while modernizing processes post-Pigment migration.

You will build models, dashboards, and data flows, reporting to senior leadership and partnering across Finance, Operations, and IT. A strong analytical background and SQL/Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant FP&A, financial systems, data analytics, or finance transformation experience.
• Strong problem-solving to translate drivers into insights.
• Experience with large, complex data sets and SQL.
• Advanced Excel for data manipulation, pivoting, and modeling.
• Familiarity with Pigment, Adaptive Planning, Snowflake, Hex a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support and enhance enterprise planning platform including model development, data management, and audience access.
• Build financial reports, dashboards, and analyses for senior stakeholders.
• Manage firmwide time tracking and allocations, data flows, and calculation logic.
• Develop data flows across source systems, data warehouse, and planning platform.
• Support monthly/quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting with planning models and materials.
