Job summary

ICONIQ is seeking an Analyst for the Corporate Finance team to help advance our planning platform, data infrastructure, and analytics capabilities. The role focuses on building scalable models, reports, and processes that enable forecasting, budgeting, and strategic analysis across the enterprise.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in FP&A or analytics, strong SQL/Excel skills, and familiarity with modern planning tools. The position offers on-site activity in New York with hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a closely related analytical role.
• Strong structured problem-solving skills and the ability to translate findings into actionable insights.
• Proficiency with SQL and advanced Excel for data manipulation and modeling.
• Experience with ERP/BI systems and modern planning tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support and enhance the enterprise planning platform, including model development and data management.
• Build financial reporting, dashboards, and analyses for visibility into resourcing, profitability, and key metrics.
• Maintain data flows across source systems, data warehouse, and planning platform.
• Assist with monthly/quarterly reporting, forecasting, and annual budgeting processes.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve data quality and controls.
