Job summary

Ford is seeking a driven FP&A Supervisor to join the Corporate Profit Analysis team in Dearborn. This role combines strategic financial planning with hands-on analysis to support the CFO and senior leadership.

You will drive consolidation, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration across regions and skill teams. You will lead ad-hoc analyses, develop executive-level slides, and champion process improvements while maintaining alignment with segments and internal partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or finance required.
• At least 5 years of finance experience on a corporate team, including 2 rotations.
• At least 1 year of workstream leadership experience.
• Strong financial, analytical and leadership skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a team-oriented approach.
• Highly motivated, emotionally resilient, disciplined and adaptable to leadership needs.
• Process improvement mindset and focus on eliminating non-value-added activities.

Responsibilities

• Consolidates inputs from segments, skill teams, and leadership for senior management reviews.
• Lead ad-hoc studies/analyses per requests from CFO, Investor Relations, CMD, and GLM.
• Prepare and update desk procedures and internal requirements (e.g., MCRP).
• Maintain working files for Actual/Forecast/Earnings and drive process improvements.
