The position supports labor and overhead budgeting, month-end close, and preparation of detailed cost packages for plant

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or related field.
Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Lead weekly reviews with the Dearborn Tool & Die operations team and monitor budget performance.
Oversee month-end close, forecast reporting, and journal entries related to the plant.
Develop and distribute weekly management reports reviewing die construction status, program content funding, and overtime.
Coordinate with plant leadership to ensure accurate cost tracking for labor/overhead and BOM reconciliation.
