Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking an energetic FP&A Supervisor to join the Corporate Profit Analysis team. The role focuses on strategic planning, forecasting, and providing senior leadership with data-driven insights to guide the company’s financial path.

As a leadership level 6 position, you’ll partner across regions and skill teams, manage cross-functional analyses, and drive process improvements while supporting the CFO and FP&A Director in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong financial, analytical, and leadership skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with IMPRS, advanced Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Two rotations in finance experience and leadership in a workstream are valued.

Responsibilities

• Consolidates inputs from Segments, skill teams, GPO and summarizes for senior management reviews.
• Lead ad-hoc studies/analysis for CFO, Investor relations, CMD, GLM, etc.
• Prepare/Update Desk Procedures and internal requirements like MCRP.
• Maintain files for Actual/Forecast/Earnings and drive process improvements and QA.
• Interpret complex data to highlight key insights for decision making.
