Job summary

Ford Motor Company in Dearborn seeks a Financial Analyst for Dearborn Consolidated Plants to oversee the Dearborn Tool & Die, Dearborn Stamping and Dearborn Diversified budgets. You will partner with the plant operations team to manage the annual $25 million budget, perform month-end close, prepare actuals and forecasts, and lead weekly reviews on program funding and overtime performance.

• Bachelor's degree or Master's in Finance or Accounting (preferred).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite for labor and overhead budget/forecast with month-end close and forecast reporting.
• Interact daily with plant operating team; weekly checkbook/overtime reviews.
• Develop labor/Overhead budgets based on projected load hours.
• Prepare weekly management reports and lead reviews of die construction budgets and program changes.
• Support internal control testing and ad hoc analyses.
• Provide daily cost package inputs for plant performance reviews.
