Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Controlling.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, financial planning & analysis.
• Confident English language knowledge.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent analytical, decision‑making, and problem solving skills.
• Attention to accuracy and detail required.

Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Forecasting: Contribute to financial planning cycles, preparing accurate forecasts to guide business strategy.
• Cost Analysis & Budgeting: Perform detailed cost analyses, cost calculations, and contribute to the annual budget to ensure comprehensive financial oversight.
• Financial Closures & Reporting: Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures. Prepare and analyze regular and ad hoc financial reports and KPIs to support business goals.
• Decision Support: Provide management with reliable, data‑driven insights and statements that inform strategic decision‑making.
• ERP Development & Reporting: Support the ongoing enhancement of the ERP system, creating and refining financial reports for improved data accessibility.
• Process Improvement: Engage in refining company processes and propose ideas for increased efficiency and effectiveness across financial functions.
