Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IS, or STEM required; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of FP&A experience in a professional services environment.
• Strong FP&A foundation: forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and executive reporting.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; able to explain complex models.
• Strong PowerPoint and executive presentation skills for leadership audiences.
• Experience with large data sets; familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, SSMS, Elite, Aderant or similar BI/financial systems.

Aufgaben

• Build, maintain, and enhance complex financial models for revenue forecasting, cost analysis, cash flow, rate analysis, profitability, and scenario modeling.
• Develop revenue forecasts considering historical trends, billing patterns, staffing, and group dynamics.
• Support growth analyses for lateral partners/groups, including revenue, compensation, expenses, profitability, and cash flow impact.
• Prepare executive-ready analyses and presentations for firm leadership and administrative teams with clear narratives and implications.
• Collaborate with BI and finance teams to leverage data sources and reporting tools with sound judgment and context.
• Translate data into practical insights to guide planning, pricing, staffing, and strategic decisions.
