Fehr Graham is seeking a Financial Planning and Project Accounting Manager who will lead the project accounting and financial analysis team, strengthen planning and forecasting, and translate numbers into actionable insights for project managers and operational leaders.

This hands-on leadership role involves developing a high-performing team, improving reporting tools, and partnering with the CFO to boost project profitability and business performance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in project accounting and financial planning.
• Experience leading or supervising teams in a project-based environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead project accounting, profitability reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Develop and manage dashboards, KPIs and business analytics.
• Supervise and develop the project accounting and financial analysis team.
• Partner with project managers and operational leaders to improve results.
• Build budgets, forecasts and profitability models.
• Recommend improvements to financial planning and reporting processes.
• Identify financial risks and communicate with CFO.
• Coordinate with Controller to align project and general accounting.
