Job summary

Wakefern Food Corp. is seeking a Project Manager, Enterprise Planning, to lead the strategic management, maintenance, and evolution of the Planning Analytics platform. You will build governance, guide two FP&A analysts, and partner with Finance, IT, and member organizations to deliver scalable solutions.

This hybrid role (4 days on-site, 1 day remote) requires 3–5 years of TM1/TI experience, scripting, and automation skills, plus strong communication and change management capabilities.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on TM1/PA experience including TI development, scripting, and automation.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial statements.
• Experience managing enterprise planning apps with multi-environment support, focusing on performance and governance.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; PAW/PAfE and financial reporting tools preferred.
• Proven ability to lead projects, manage priorities, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
• Leadership experience: coaching, mentoring, developing team members, and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance the Planning Analytics platform, including integrations, performance monitoring, environment upgrades, and deployment activities.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of two FP&A analysts; provide direction and growth opportunities.
• Set team priorities, manage workloads, and ensure timely delivery of initiatives and support.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, and Membership to translate requirements into scalable Planning Analytics solutions.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning with accurate data within Planning Analytics.
• Provide stakeholder support, user training, and documentation of system enhancements and governance.
• Establish and maintain Planning Analytics governance standards, data management, and controls.
• Drive continuous improvement by leveraging AI, automation, and advanced analytics to enhance processes.
