Job summary

Dscout is seeking an experienced Senior FP&A Analyst in Austin, TX to join our finance team. You will report to the CFO and lead quantitative and qualitative analyses across operations to forecast performance, guide strategic plans, and support leadership with actionable insights.

You will build financial models, monitor SaaS metrics, and deliver monthly/quarterly reports. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to drive business success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• Minimum 4+ years of corporate FP&A experience, preferably SaaS.
• Experience with NetSuite and Adaptive Insights; strong financial modeling skills.
• Proficiency in dashboards and KPI reporting; excellent presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, update and maintain financial models and detailed forecasts.
• Assess financial health using SaaS-specific ratios; map growth opportunities.
• Determine gross and net margin contributions by product lines.
• Analyze department cost-efficiency and consolidate the annual budget.
• Prepare variance analyses and support strategic planning with leadership.
• Develop ROI analyses for new investments and products.
• Build monthly and quarterly reporting packages for executives and the board.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial insights.
