Main Line Search is seeking a Vice President of FP&A & Accounting to guide the company through its next growth phase. The role combines strategic financial planning with hands-on accounting oversight, requiring the ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.

The successful candidate will lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, while strengthening internal controls and scalable financial processes to support expansion and capital investments.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or MBA preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or product-based businesses.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and modeling.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the annual budgeting process, forecasting, and long-range financial planning.
• Develop financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools to support strategic decisions.
• Analyze revenue, margins, expenses, cash flow, and profitability to identify trends and opportunities.
• Establish and monitor key financial and operational performance indicators.
• Present results, forecasts, and recommendations to executive leadership.
• Oversee general ledger, month-end and year-end close, reconciliations, and financial statement prep.
• Ensure accurate, timely financial reporting in accordance with accounting standards.
• Strengthen internal controls, policies, and procedures as the business grows.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, working capital, and cash management.
• Coordinate with external accounting partners, tax advisors, auditors, and other professionals.
• Partner with operations to evaluate financial and operational performance.
• Oversee cost accounting, product costing, gross margin analysis, and manufacturing variance analysis.
• Evaluate inventory, labor and material costs, and production efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to improve cost control, pricing, working capital, and margins.
• Develop analyses to support capital investments and operational initiatives.
