Job summary

UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) is seeking a self-motivated Corporate FP&A Manager to lead enterprise planning and analysis. You will collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams to deliver timely insights, financial models, and scalable reporting, enabling strategic decisions.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in financial analysis, strong Excel and FP&A systems skills (ERP, planning, data warehousing), and the ability to mentor analysts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting required.
• 5+ years of financial analysis experience; managerial experience a plus.
• Strong FP&A systems skills and experience with ERP, planning and data warehousing tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Corporate functions to provide decision support and strategic financial analysis.
• Develop and mentor a team of analysts for day-to-day work and professional growth.
• Develop and improve internal financial reporting and commentary for senior leaders.
• Drive the budget process from long-term modeling to annual operating plan.
• Create financial models and analyze scenarios for strategic initiatives.
• Produce ad hoc reporting and operational analysis with actionable insights.
