Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in corporate FP&A, financial analysis, corporate finance, or related discipline.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to present financial information to executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting, executive reporting, and strategic financial analysis.
• Consolidate results across brands and functions; prepare reporting for CFO, CEO, Board, and lenders.
• Develop and maintain financial models for revenue, margins, EBITDA, cash flow, and capex.
• Partner with leaders to understand performance drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Drive FP&A process improvements, forecasting methodologies, and data accessibility.
