Job summary

UKG is seeking a self-motivated Corporate FP&A Manager to lead enterprise planning and analysis, reporting to the Director of Corporate FP&A. The role focuses on performance improvement, quality management information, and scalable reporting tools.

You will collaborate across functions, manage a team of analysts, develop senior-level insights, and drive budgeting and forecasting processes using ERP and data warehousing tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting.
• 5+ years of financial analysis experience; managerial experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with corporate functions to support cross-functional decision making.
• Lead budgeting and headcount/expense planning activities.
• Mentor and develop a team of analysts.
• Develop internal financial reporting and executive-level commentary.
• Build financial models and perform scenario analyses.
• Drive process improvements for planning and reporting.
