Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting required.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis.
• Managerial experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Corporate functions to provide decision support and strategic financial analysis.
• Develop and mentor a team of analysts with day-to-day guidance and growth.
• Develop and improve internal financial reporting and commentary for senior leaders.
• Assist in driving budget processes from long-term modeling to operating plans.
• Ensure accurate internal reporting packages and data-driven insights.
• Create analytics and reporting to communicate performance and growth drivers.
• Establish and report on key business metrics aligned with value creation goals.
• Build financial models to support decisions and business scenarios.
• Collaborate on tools for planning and reporting with FP&A teams.
• Identify and implement internal process improvements and best practices.
• Complete special projects as assigned by senior finance leaders.
