UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) in Tallahassee, FL is seeking a Principal, Planning Process to design and lead our integrated enterprise planning across long-range, annual, and in-year execution. You will partner with Corp FP&A to align investments, resources, and outcomes.

You will translate priorities into planning frameworks, run cross-functional planning sessions, and equip executives with analyses and materials to drive informed decisions.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in enterprise strategy, enterprise planning, business operations, or strategic finance in a SaaS company.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide planning cycles with multiple functions or business units.
• Experience connecting long-range and annual planning with in-year performance management in tech/SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage end-to-end enterprise planning process, governance, milestones, and decision points.
• Translate priorities into planning frameworks, templates, and decision criteria to improve submissions.
