Job summary

CAI Software is seeking an FP&A Manager to join our Finance team. You’ll be a senior member of a small, high‑visibility FP&A group, owning planning, forecasting, and analysis for one or more business units. You’ll partner directly with GMs and functional leaders and produce the numbers that go to our CFO, Board, and sponsor.

This is a hands‑on, story‑driven role. You’ll build models, own the story behind them, and help us modernize how FP&A works.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally in SaaS or software with ownership
• Advanced Excel modeling skills; build driver-based models and explain every tab
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite for actuals, reporting, and data pulls

Responsibilities

• Own BU-level planning and forecasting: annual budget, quarterly reforecasts, monthly outlook
• Partner with business leaders translating drivers into P&L and cash impact
• Support monthly close and reporting; review actuals and resolve variances
• Maintain operating models: bookings/ARR, headcount/compensation, revenue/billings, EBITDA-to-cash
• Prepare Board and sponsor materials with concise, numbers-first analysis
• Support M&A and strategic initiatives: data translation and pro forma reporting
• Contribute to planning-system transformation from Excel to PBCS
• Apply AI tools to speed up analysis, commentary, reconciliation and reporting
