Job summary

Aurora Solar is seeking an FP&A Manager to drive strategic financial planning and actionable insights. You will partner with leaders across the company, own budgeting/forecasting, and manage the Pigment platform to improve forecasting accuracy and scalability.

You will influence executive decisions, translate financial data into narratives for leadership and the Board, and help optimize operating efficiency for rapid global growth.

Qualifications

• Strong financial modeling skills and experience building driver-based models.
• Experience owning a financial planning tool (e.g., Pigment) or similar platform.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate across functions and levels.
• Ability to translate model outputs into compelling narratives for leadership and the Board.
• Ability to prioritize objectives in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models and GAAP.
• Experience with SaaS metrics and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional leaders to influence strategic decisions using insights and data.
• Own end-to-end FP&A processes including monthly/quarterly/annual planning and Board reporting.
• Manage administration and evolution of the Pigment platform, including data models and integrations.
• Collaborate with Finance to track KPIs and drive accountability.
• Streamline FP&A processes and leverage forecasting systems to scale globally.
• Identify opportunities to improve operations, revenue, or cost efficiency.
