Job summary

Aurora Solar is seeking an FP&A Manager to partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive the financial future of the business. You will own the budgeting, forecasting, and Board reporting processes and lead the administration of Pigment, our planning platform, across data modeling and integrations.

In this pivotal role, you will deliver actionable insights, build driver-based models, and translate results into compelling narratives for executives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to influence decisions with insights.
• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A processes including budgeting/forecasting and Board reporting.
• Manage the Pigment financial planning platform, including data models, integrations, and forecasting models.
• Collaborate with Finance to track KPIs and drive accountability across the business.
• Streamline FP&A processes and leverage forecasting systems to scale globally.
• Identify opportunities to improve operations, drive revenue, or reduce costs.
