Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience with leadership exposure.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
• Deliver timely analysis of financial results, KPIs, and trends to inform decisions.
• Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and board materials for senior leadership.
• Partner with VP/GM of Protection & Controls and other leaders to support strategic initiatives and investments.
• Build and maintain financial models to assess performance, scenarios, risks, and opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes, tools, and systems for accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with executives to drive actionable insights from analysis and improve forecast accuracy.
