Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated seeks a BU Finance Director (Heavy Industrial) to lead the finance function and act as the primary finance business partner to the BU GM. The role spans financial reporting, FP&A, strategic finance and operations finance to support growth while maintaining strong controls.

The successful candidate will own the BU P&L, develop financial models, supervise SOX controls, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver timely insights and drive margin expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required.
• MBA or higher in accounting/finance preferred.
• CPA or equivalent certification strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Own the BU P&L and validate results with leadership.
• Lead FP&A including annual plans and forecasts.
• Oversee financial modeling for capital and strategic projects.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and SOX controls.
• Collaborate with operations and commercial teams on pricing and cost initiatives.
