The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of finance experience, strong leadership skills, and a solid background in financial modeling and reporting. This role may require up to 20% travel.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of progressive finance experience in a publicly traded manufacturing company.
• 5+ years in a financial leadership role with direct team management responsibilities.
• Ability to present complex financial concepts to senior leadership in simple terms.
