Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated seeks an experienced Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead FP&A support for the HES segment, including pricing, operations, and sales/marketing finance. You will partner with department leaders to prepare budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans, and build financial models to drive profitability and cash flow.

The role requires strong analytical skills, 5+ years in FP&A, solid US GAAP knowledge, and hands-on experience with OneStream, SAP, and BI tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
5+ years financial planning and analysis experience.
Experience with OneStream or related planning software.
Strong understanding of US GAAP, budgeting, and manufacturing cost analysis.

Responsibilities

Provide FP&A support across planning, forecasting, and operating plans.
Develop financial models and analysis to support profitability and cash flow initiatives.
Prepare budgets and monitor results vs. forecast with commentary.
Partner with sales to develop customer P&Ls and channel analysis.
Analyze KPIs and drivers; assist in monthly and quarterly reviews.
Identify process improvements for more accurate reporting.
