Job summary

Collectors Universe, Inc. is seeking a hands-on FP&A/Corporate Finance & Strategy Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the organization.

The role partners with senior leadership to drive strategic decisions and financial planning, including headcount and OpEx allocations. The position reports to the Director of Corporate Finance & Strategy and offers flexibility to work from the Santa Ana, CA HQ or remotely from San Francisco, CA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in finance, accounting, economics, business, or related field.
• 5–8 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or equivalent experience in a high-growth environment.
• Proven end-to-end ownership of budgeting, forecasting, close, and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own annual operating plan (AOP) cycle and quarterly planning.
• Contribute to long-range planning and scenario analysis for growth investments.
• Prepare board materials and executive reporting with clear narratives.
