Job summary

Collectors Universe, Inc. seeks a Senior Corporate Allocations Analyst to join our Corporate Finance & Strategy team at our Santa Ana, CA headquarters or remotely in San Francisco, CA.

You will own allocation, forecasting, and planning cycles, partnering with leadership to ensure accurate reporting and data-driven insights. Responsibilities include documenting methodologies, supporting quarterly forecasts, headcount planning, and board-ready materials.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of FP&A, investment banking, investing, consulting, finance operations, or accounting experience
• Strong working knowledge of financial planning and reporting processes
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple recurring deliverables
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with Adaptive Insights preferred
• Knowledge of AI-first mindset and financial systems/tools

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage quarterly allocation process and tie allocated totals to source cost pools
• Document methodology, bases, and results for reproducibility
• Explain allocated costs to teams and walk through changes
• Support quarterly forecast allocations and identify process improvements
• Oversee quarterly forecasting coordination and management summaries
• Support planning cycles (AOP, LRP, quarterly planning)
• Maintain pacing models and cash flow forecasting data
• Assist with board materials and executive reporting
• Headcount reporting and HRIS data integrity
• Reconcile headcount plan vs actuals and flag variances
• Collaborate with Corp F&S Manager on HRIS/Workday data needs
