Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field is required.
• 2-4 years' FP&A, private equity, or similar experience.
• Knowledge of financial statements: Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform ad hoc analyses on spend, investments, and transformations across the organization.
• Build and maintain models to support long-term decisions and P&L impact.
• Develop financial projections for planning, budgeting, and pro forma M&A.
• Assist in market and competitor intelligence and evaluating opportunities.
• Craft budgeting and forecasting decks for executive discussions.
• Collaborate with FP&A team and partners on budgeting, forecasting, and analytics.
• Identify efficiency opportunities based on unit economics.
• Provide insights on performance trends and drive continuous improvement including AI-enabled tools.
• Support investor presentations and data needs for reporting.
