Job summary

CRH is seeking a highly motivated FP&A Manager to join the Packaged Product Finance team. The role oversees budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, reporting to the VP Finance, PP, and collaborating with Finance teams across the division to influence key business decisions.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on with strong data analytics, financial modeling, and presentation skills, able to drive improvements and automation in financial reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
MBA or CPA a plus.
5+ years of relevant Finance experience with 3+ years of FP&A.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Solid working knowledge of Tableau and BI environments.
Experience in manufacturing, construction, or related industry.

Responsibilities

Own the division's financial modeling process (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
Forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning coordination.
Analyze economic trends to influence decision-making.
Prepare materials for executive and leadership reviews.
Automate actual vs. forecast reports and KPIs.
Monitor working capital and overhead spend; support ad hoc analyses.
