Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH Company, seeks a driven FP&A Manager to oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis. The role partners with VP Finance and PP division teams to guide key business decisions and drive performance. Strong data analytics, BI, and communication skills are essential.

This onsite position supports Atlanta or Tampa locations, focusing on P&L, balance sheet, cash flow modeling and long-range planning within the Packaged Product Finance group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant finance experience with 3+ years FP&A experience.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; Tableau exposure or BI experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the division's financial modeling process (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) including forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
• Analyze economic and industry trends to inform forward-looking business decisions.
• Coordinate deep-dive analyses of operating regions' financials.
• Create and present materials for executive meetings.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost productivity and data quality.
