Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH company, is seeking a hands-on FP&A Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for the Packaged Product Finance team. You will work with the VP Finance and division teams to drive informed business decisions.

The role is onsite in Atlanta, GA or Tampa, FL, requiring strong Excel, PowerPoint and Tableau skills, with 5+ years in finance and FP&A, and a background in manufacturing or construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of finance experience with 3+ years FP&A exposure.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the division's financial modeling process (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), including forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
• Analyze and incorporate economic and industry trends in forward-looking business analysis to inform decisions.
• Coordinate deep-dive analysis of Operating regions' financials.
• Develop executive presentation materials for meetings.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and data quality.
• Create, manage, and automate actual vs. forecast reports for monthly/quarterly reviews.
• Prepare and report key financial and operating metrics and track trends.
