Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, seeks an FP&A Manager to join the National Solutions finance team at our Atlanta corporate office. You will partner with business unit finance and leaders to drive performance and deliver actionable insights.

The role leads the annual budget, monthly forecasting, strategic plan, and management reporting, enabling growth and informed decision-making across the platform. Strong Excel and Oracle EPM skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business.
• Progressive FP&A experience; manufacturing or global public company exposure beneficial.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly business review and forecasting routines with leadership.
• Analyze profitability and trends by market/business unit for margin enhancement.
• Partner with FP&A Director to prepare financial results, forecasts, and recommendations.
