Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance/FP&A.
- Advanced Excel with financial modeling experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with long-range planning or capital allocation is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year financial planning models to support long-term objectives.
- Build financial models to evaluate growth initiatives and investments.
- Perform scenario analyses to assess performance, risks, and returns.
- Analyze cash flow, liquidity, and capital requirements.
- Develop presentations and strategic recommendations for leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align forecasts with strategy.
- Identify opportunities to improve planning, reporting, and forecasting.
