Job summary

The Bolton Group is seeking an FP&A Manager to join our finance team in the Fort Worth area. You will play a pivotal role in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for our manufacturing operations, partnering with leaders to drive profitability and efficiency.

Ideal candidates bring 3–7 years in FP&A or operations finance, strong Excel modeling, and experience with SAP/Power BI. This role offers mostly onsite work with hybrid flexibility in Fort Worth or Carrollton, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3–7 years of progressive finance or accounting experience; strong candidates with less experience will be considered.
• Experience in FP&A, manufacturing finance, cost accounting, or operations finance.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP experience is a plus.
• Power BI, data analytics, and AI-enabled reporting experience are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for assigned business operations.
• Partner with operational and finance leadership to drive profitability, cost efficiencies, and business performance.
• Analyze manufacturing costs, labor and overhead expenses, operational variances, and profitability trends.
• Support P&L management, month-end reporting, and financial performance reviews.
• Develop financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools to support strategic decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and reporting efficiencies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present financial insights to senior leadership.
