Schedule: Hybrid: 4 Days Onsite / 1 Day Remote

Compensation: Up to $180K Base + 15% Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and management of multi-year financial planning models to support long-term business objectives.
• Build sophisticated financial models to evaluate growth initiatives, strategic investments, and potential business opportunities.
• Perform scenario and sensitivity analyses to assess financial performance, risks, and investment returns.
• Analyze cash flow, liquidity, capital requirements, and long-term funding needs.
• Develop financial presentations and strategic recommendations for executive leadership and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial forecasts with business strategies.
• Identify opportunities to enhance financial planning processes, reporting, and forecasting accuracy.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, strategic finance, FP&A, or a related field.
• Advanced Excel skills with strong financial modeling experience.
• Experience with long-range financial planning, investment analysis, or capital allocation.
• Solid understanding of financial statements, cash flow forecasting, and corporate finance principles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work closely with senior leadership and translate complex financial information into actionable insights.
• Experience with financial planning systems is a plus.
