Qualifications

Bachelor's in Business Management/Finance/Accounting; MBA/CPA/CFA preferred.
5-7+ years in financial and business analysis and planning, cost accounting.
FP&A experience in Manufacturing; chemical/specialty materials preferred.
Strong experience with financial systems and tools (data warehouse, SAP, BI tools, advanced Excel).

Responsibilities

Lead monthly/quarterly performance analysis and reporting with ELT and BOD input.
Own end-to-end budget and forecast processes across regions and KPIs.
Drive value creation through strategic projects and business excellence initiatives.
Coordinate long-term planning and annual budgeting with challenging targets.
Improve FP&A processes, reporting efficiency, and analytics capabilities.
